At Pretty Resilient, every tee is made to order just for you. Because we're a small business and each item is created after you place your order, our policies work a little differently than traditional retail, but we always want you to feel good about ordering from us.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to feel good about ordering from Pretty Resilient. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there's another issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee does not cover change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size/color selections made at checkout.

 

If there's an issue with your order, email support@prettyresilient.co with your order number and, when applicable, clear photos of the problem.

 

We'll take it from there. 💛

 

Production Time

Every Pretty Resilient tee is made to order.

 

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships.

 

During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, production may take a little longer.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been made and shipped:

 

• United States: approximately 5–10 business days

• International: approximately 10–20 business days

   

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

 

Tracking

 

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it on its way to you.

 

If you're having trouble locating your tracking information, email us at support@prettyresilient.co and we'll help.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

 

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@prettyresilient.co. 

 

We'll do our best to help before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipment.

 

We cannot reroute packages after they have shipped or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for:

 

• 10 business days for U.S. orders, or

• 20 business days for international orders

   

please contact us at support@prettyresilient.co with your order number and we'll look into it.

 

 

Refunds

 

If a refund is approved under our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, it will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Once processed, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Original shipping charges ARE NOT refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we got something wrong, or your tee arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. 💛

 

Please contact support@prettyresilient.co within 30 days of delivery and include:

 

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

   

Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

 

You generally won't need to send the damaged or incorrect item back to us.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Because every Pretty Resilient item is made to order specifically for you, we don't operate traditional returns or exchanges. 

That means we generally don't require you to mail an item back to us before we can help resolve an issue.

 

Ordered the Wrong Size or Color?

 

Please double-check your selected size and color before placing your order. Since each item is made specifically for your order, we generally cannot exchange an item simply because the wrong size or color was selected at checkout.

 

However, your purchase is still covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you're unhappy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find the best resolution.
